Pompoarism

After all, who doesn't want the best of both worlds? Increase sexual pleasure and at the same time make gains for health? This is possible with pompoarism, an ancient technique that focuses on strengthening the pelvic muscles and that guarantees more quality of life and - why not say it? - more intense orgasms!

Holding balls with the vaginal muscles and expelling objects with just the force between the legs, is part of what you can achieve with the regular practice of pompoarism, but this intimate gymnastics goes beyond sexual performance between a couple.

It also tones the genitals, increases libido, intensifies sensitivity, improves blood supply to the pelvic area, solves problems of vaginal dryness, strengthens the muscles of the perineum, facilitates natural childbirth and even prevents a number of diseases.

So, accept the invitation and come to know pompoarism!

What is pompoarism?

Pompoarism is an exercise technique for the vaginal canal, a style of intimate gymnastics that aims to strengthen the muscles and stimulate the contraction of the perineum and the vagina through different movements of contraction and relaxation of the vaginal canal, thus contributing to an improvement of the health and, of course, for greater sexual pleasure.

Performed from contraction movements, pompoarism allows women to be more aware of their body and control their own orgasm, do the exercises naturally or with the aid of specific accessories, such as the famous ben-wa balls or balls pompoarism (two balls connected by a silicone thread) that are placed at the entrance of the vagina and that with the movements, sometimes they are “sucked” and sometimes they are “expelled” for a better control of the perineum region.

What is the origin of pompoarism?

Everything indicates that pompoarism is linked to the ancient Tantra philosophy of the East, whose purpose is to prolong and intensify pleasure during sexual intercourse and benefit the health of women and men.

Still, the intimate exercises of pompoarism as we know them today, were developed using a method used by gynecologist Arnold Henry Kegel to treat urinary incontinence and later, to increase sexual pleasure.

Today pompoarism aims to tone the muscles of the perineum and strengthen the pelvic muscles both to facilitate natural childbirth and to increase pleasure during sex, improving self-esteem and increasing libido.

It should be noted that, although this technique is associated with females, it can also be practiced by men, namely to encourage an increase in the time between arousal and orgasm and to treat premature ejaculation problems.

Pompoarism techniques

The techniques of pompoarism are not complicated, as long as you understand what you are going to exercise, how to exercise and, of course, as long as you commit to regular practice to obtain the best possible results!

In fact, if pompoarism is performed every day (depending on medical advice), in the first month the results are already visible! This does not mean (just) that you will be able to keep the vaginal canal "tight" during penetration and impress your partner, it also means - and especially - significant improvements in terms of your intimate health and health in general.

So, if you are interested in pompoarism techniques, follow the next tips!

First technique of pompoarism: Contraction

Perform 5 sets of 30 contractions of the vaginal canal at 1-minute intervals (as if holding urine) and increase the number of sets and reduce the time interval until reaching the seventh day with 10 sets of 30 contractions at intervals of Approximately 30 seconds.

Second technique of pompoarism: Contraction and relaxation

Add to the contraction movement initiated in the first technique, relaxation, that is, that feeling of force to expel urine: first a strong contraction and then an intense relaxation for up to 5 seconds in a series of 10.

Third technique of pompoarism: Relaxation and contraction

Then, alternate: make a quick intense relaxation and a strong contraction of 5 seconds in a series of 4 repetitions every 30 seconds, being that with time you can and should increase the repetitions and reduce the pause time.

Fourth technique of pompoarism: Increased contraction

In the fourth exercise, the goal is to contract the vaginal canal for as long as possible and record progress!

Fifth technique of pompoarism: Breathing

Finally, you must add breathing to the previous techniques. In other words, you should take a few deep breaths to prepare yourself and then inhale, contract the muscles of the vagina and then exhale and relax (as if you were straining to urinate).

These pompoarism techniques must be exercised every day until you obtain the desired effect and, from there, you can choose only one exercise to do once a day, so as not to miss the practice.

Even after learning these pompoarism techniques, you can start using accessories to intensify the exercise of "sucking" and "expelling", such as pompoarism balls, Thai necklace or Plevnik cones.

But, attention! It is important to follow the guidance of a professional so that the exercises are enjoyable and done in complete safety.
